The PUP Open University System celebrated its 30th Foundation Anniversary with a Thanksgiving Mass held at the Bulwagang Balagtas on March 29, 2020. The mass was attended by the Executives, Administrative Staff, and Course Specialists of the OUS with University Chaplain Rev. Fr. Mark Demanuelle, MSSP as celebrant.
